How our sale events work, and how to get the most from them
Wishlist alerts, coupon stacking rules and the one thing worth doing before a sale starts.
Save before, not during
Add anything you are considering to your wishlist ahead of time. We record the price when you save it, so the moment it falls you can see exactly how far.
Coupons do not stack, and that is deliberate
One coupon applies per order. Where a sale price and a coupon would overlap, the cart applies whichever leaves you paying less — you do not have to work it out yourself.
Stock is held at checkout, not in the cart
An item in your cart is not reserved. During a busy sale that matters: if something is close to selling out, completing checkout is what secures it.
Returns do not change during a sale
The same return window applies to sale items as to everything else. Buying in a sale never means buying without recourse.
