30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.

How to return

Open your order in the account dashboard and select “Request Return”. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup.

Refund timelines

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned item passing inspection. Store wallet refunds are instant.

Non-returnable items

Innerwear, perishable goods, personalised items and digital downloads cannot be returned once delivered.
